• Streamline the Process: We're not building a cathedral, we're building a website (or whatever it is). Let's ditch the unnecessary steps and focus on the essentials.

• Learn from Our Mistakes: We've all made mistakes, but let's not repeat them. Every misstep is an opportunity to learn and improve.

Just as we strive to create seamless customer journeys, we must also prioritize smooth internal workflows and systems. By eliminating bottlenecks and redundant tasks, we can significantly improve efficiency and reduce frustration.

• Recognize and Reward: Acknowledge and reward hard work and dedication.
